Seven Technical Advantages

Efficient thermal insulation and heat dissipation keep the solenoid coil at a controlled temperature under high-temperature gas-flow conditions. Together with high-temperature-resistant magnetic switches, springs and grease, this enables stable operation at working-gas temperatures up to 250°C (the valve itself must be kept in a room-temperature environment for cooling; test duration: 24 hours; gas velocity: 1.2 m/s).

Conventional two-wire Hall switches often have milliamp-level leakage current, which can cause false PLC inputs under extreme conditions, while their load capacity is typically limited to tens of milliamps. Miro's dedicated circuit combines an ultra-low-power voltage regulator, Hall element, optocoupler and power transistor to reduce leakage current to 6μA and raise the stable operating current to 0.5A.
