Our integrated pneumatic high-vacuum poppet valve incorporates a proprietary cylinder-within-the-valve-body design (patented technology) and tightly integrates the solenoid valve, two-wire Hall-effect magnetic switches, LED indicators, an aviation-style electrical connector, an air inlet fitting, a dust filter and a silencer (patented technology). An innovative bellows design and multiple improvements in operational stability (core technology innovations) give the valve a globally leading service life of up to ten million cycles. In particular, our two-wire Hall-effect magnetic switch for high-vacuum poppet valves (patented product) delivers an ultra-low leakage current of 6 μA, an operating voltage drop as low as 2.5 V and an operating current of up to 500 mA, overcoming several limitations of conventional two-wire Hall-effect switches. Our three-wire Hall-effect magnetic switch (patented product) is compatible with both NPN- and PNP-type PLCs, overcoming the limitations of conventional three-wire designs. The magnetic trigger circuit designed specifically for high-vacuum poppet valves (patented product) offers industry-leading resistance to interference. Its innovative magnetic-circuit design prevents mutual interference even when the switches are mounted extremely close together, enabling a smaller valve body while ensuring reliable switching.
